The Lipstick Boss Color Code Makeup Guide: Women 40+
Discover the best makeup for your eyes, cheeks, and lips.
Your Best Makeup Starts With Your Color Code
I’m known as the lady who ran away from home for five days… at 50 years old. The worst part – I was gone for two days before my husband even knew I was missing!
Hi, I’m Nancy Joseph – Master Makeup Artist, Certified Color Analyst, and founder of Lipstick Boss Beauty.
That little runaway adventure became the beginning of my personal development journey. It led me to Color Analysis through the Style by Color system, and for the first time, I began to see how God designed me on purpose. My coloring, my features, my personality…they all worked together.
Finding my Color Code didn’t put me in a box, it actually gave me freedom.
Instead of chasing every beauty trend or trying to look younger, I learned how to work with the way God created me.
Makeup became a tool to bring out what was already there instead of covering it up.
That’s why I created this Color Code Makeup Guide…
You’ll discover:
Eye Makeup by Color Code
The right eye colors that make your eyes look brighter, bigger, and more alive.

Blush Colors for Your Color Code
A good blush doesn’t make you look “made up.” It brings life, warmth, and a healthy glow back to your face with colors that look like they belong there.

Lipsticks by Color Code
This is where the magic happens.
Lipstick is the fastest way to wake up your whole face. The right color doesn’t just match your outfit. It works with your natural coloring, your personality, and even the finish that looks best on you.
That’s why I created lipstick shades, formulas, and lip combos for every Color Code.
Whether you need soft and natural, bold and bright, glossy or creamy, there’s a lip look that feels like you.

When My Daughter Found Her Color Palette…
Last month, my daughter (33 y.o.) finally had her colors done. Not by me, of course. Because…mother.
She had been feeling burned out from teaching and frustrated with the way she looked. She decided it was time to figure it out. She learned she’s a Soft Autumn and started building her wardrobe and makeup around those colors.
She’s a total makeup glam girl, but even she realized she’d been following trends instead of following herself.
The sharp winged liner, bold defined brows, and deep, dark colors just weren’t working with her naturally soft coloring.
Now she’s glowing!
She can’t wait to go back to teaching this fall because she finally feels like she looks like herself.
That’s what Color Analysis is really about.
Not rules, perfection or looking younger. Just learning how God created you and using makeup to celebrate it.
I hope this guide helps you do exactly that!
